Shipping policy

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. Some items, like Penny Lane merchandise, may ship separately to ensure they arrive safely.Ā 

Penny Lane is on her own little journey! Some items may arrive in separate shipments, but each one is making its way to you safely.

The Netherlands

  • Standard shipping: calculated at checkout

Europe

  • Standard shipping: calculated at checkout

International

  • Standard shipping: calculated at checkout

All deliveries are calculated based on package weight. If you are placing a larger order or combining multiple items, contact us at info@saarsoleares.com — we can calculate shipping and send you an invoice before you finalize your order.

Delivery Schedule


We ship twice a week: Tuesdays and Fridays.

  • Netherlands: 2–5 working days
  • Europe / International: 5–10 working days

You’ll receive a Track & Trace code for each shipment so you can follow your order.

Notes:

  • DPD/PostNL will attempt delivery twice. If you’re not home, your package can be picked up at a nearby postal office.
  • Samples ship worldwide via Dutch Post and do not include Track & Trace.
  • During holiday seasons, delivery times may be longer — contact us at info@saarsoleares.com if your order is delayed.
