Payment and Pricing

We accept iDeal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and bank transfer. Orders are processed once payment is received. Prices include 21% Dutch VAT. Customers outside the EU may incur customs fees, taxes, or VAT, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

Import Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Saar Soleares is not responsible for delays or costs due to customs procedures or import regulations.

Worldwide Shipping

We ship internationally. However, due to legal restrictions, perfumes cannot be shipped to all countries. For a list of eligible countries, refer to our "How to Shop" section.

Returns and Refunds

Physical products: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only in cases of damage, leakage, or faulty items. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Digital products, courses, and coaching: Due to the nature of these services, all sales are final. No refunds will be given for digital downloads, courses, or 1:1 coaching sessions once purchased. By completing a discovery call and making a purchase, you confirm your commitment and waive the right to cancel.

Rescheduling & Missed Sessions

Clients may reschedule 1:1 coaching sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without proper notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Client Responsibility

By purchasing or participating in our services, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own results, actions, and well-being. Saar Soleares provides tools and guidance, but does not make guarantees regarding business outcomes or personal transformations.

No Guarantees

Saar Soleares makes no guarantees regarding specific results from coaching or educational content. Individual success depends on various personal factors, including effort, mindset, and circumstances.

Force Majeure

In events such as natural disasters, wars, or service disruptions beyond our control, Saar Soleares is not liable for delays or cancellations. In such cases, contracts may be partially or fully terminated.

Limitation of Liability
